200316518 <br />27. OTHER TERMS. If checked, the following are applicable to this Security Instrument: <br />® Line of Credit. The Secured Debt includes a revolving line of credit provision. Although the <br />Secured Debt may be reduced to a zero balance, this Security Instrument will remain in effect <br />until released. <br />0 Construction Loan. This Security Instrument secures an obligation incurred for the <br />construction of an improvement on the Property. <br />Fixture Filing. Trustor grants to Beneficiary a security interest in all goods that Trustor owns <br />now or in the future and that are or will become fixtures related to the Property. This Security <br />Instrument suffices as a financing statement and any carbon, photographic or other <br />reproduction may be filed of record for purposes of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial <br />Code. <br />® Additional Terms. <br />Home Asset Management Account Rider <br />28. STATEMENT OF CONDITION. From time to time, as required by law, Beneficiary shall furnish to <br />Trustor or its agent such statements as may be required concerning the condition of the Secured Debt. <br />Beneficiary will charge a fee for such statements as may be permitted by law. <br />29. RECONVEYANCE. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Beneficiary shall <br />request Trustee to reconvey the Property and shall surrender this Security Instrument and any note or <br />instrument evidencing the Secured Debt to the Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey, without warranty, the <br />Property or that portion secured by this Security Instrument. To the extent permitted by law, the <br />reconveyance may describe the grantee as "the person or persons legally entitled thereto." Neither <br />Beneficiary nor Trustee shall have any duty to determine the rights of persons claiming to be, rightful <br />grantees of any reconveyance. Beneficiary will charge a fee for such reconveyance as may be permitted <br />by law. <br />SIGNATURES: By signing below, Trustor agrees to the terms and covenants contained in this Security <br />Instrument and in any attachments.
