THIS DEED OF TRUST is made on 12/19/2003 among the Trustor, <br />ROBERT D FERGUSON MARILYN R FERGUSON HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />(herein "Borrower "), Centris Federal Credit Union (herein "Trustee "), and the <br />Beneficiary, Centris Federal Credit Union a corporation organized and existing under the <br />laws of United States Federal Credit Union Act whose address is <br />343 N 114 Street.
