<br />hereby grants, releases, and reconveys to Truster or the person(s) entitled thereto, all right, title, and interest of the
<br />Trustee acquired by virtue of the above mentioned Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents in and to the following
<br />property:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the SE1 /4 of Section 6, Township 12 North,
<br />Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said SE1 /4; thence running northerly, along and
<br />upon the east line of said SE1 /4, a distance of 1,096.0 feet; thence deflecting
<br />leftgO degrees 00' 00" and running westerly, a distance of 168.0 feet; thence
<br />running southwesterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius
<br />is 1,261 .0 feet, a distance of 721.87 feet (long chord distance - 712.05', long
<br />chord deflecting left 59 degrees 52' 22" from the previously described course);
<br />thence deflecting left 30 degrees 07' 38" from the chord of the previously described
<br />curve and running southerly, parallel with the east line of said SE1 /4,
<br />a distance of 475.15 feet to a point on the south line of said SE7 /4; thence
<br />deflecting left 89 degrees 27' 22" and running easterly, along and upon the south
<br />line of said SE1 /4, a distance of 525.39 feet to the point of beginning and
<br />containing 10.101 acres, more or less.
<br />Said Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents shall remain in full force and effect as to all other property described therein.
