Tracy, first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and says: 1. During their lifetimes Affiant was well acquainted with Lela A. Robb and Melvin W. Robb, husband and wife, and their family. 2. Lela A. Robb died on March 28, 1998, and Melvin W. Robb died on February 12, 2003. 3. At his death, Melvin W. Robb was survived by the daughters of Lela A. Robb who are Roberta Lea Ormond and Judith Ann Happold. He was not survived by any other children of Lela A. Robb or the issue of any deceased child of Lela A. Robb. 4. All property of Lela A. Robb which descended, subject to the life estate of Melvin W. Robb, in shares determined by right of representation to the issue of Lela A. Robb passed upon Melvin W. Robb's death to the daughters named in paragraph 3, above. 2003. Further Affiant sayeth not. Dated this day of December, 2003. Howard E.
