ROBB, DECEASED, pursuant to appointment by the County <br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in Case No. PR03 -38, Grantor, in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) received from Grantee, <br />conveys to RYAN HAPPOLD, Grantee, the following described real <br />estate: <br />An undivided one -half ('�) interest in all that part of the <br />West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W'- �NE'­4) of Section Eight <br />(8), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, which lies East of the East <br />line of the former Right of Way of the Hastings & Grand <br />Island R. R. Co. (also known as the St. Joseph & Grand <br />Island R. R.
