<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Dag B. A. Hellsten and
<br />Pamela J. Hellsten, Husband and Wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 27, 1998 and recorded March 2, 1998 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument #98- 101825 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has
<br />been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />The Southerly One Fourth (1/4) of Lot One (1) and the Southerly One Fourth (1/4) of the Easterly Twenty Feet (20') of Lot
<br />Two (2), in Block Thirty -six (36), in the Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
