<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />DATED APRIL 30, 1999 AND RECORDED MAY 17, 1999, AS DOC # 99- 105051; AN EXTENSION
<br />AGREEMENT DATED JULY 23, 2002 AND RECORDED SEPTEMBER 20, 2002 AS DOC #
<br />0200209984; A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED JULY 23, 2002 AND
<br />RECORDED SEPTEMBER 20, 2002, AS DOC # 0200209983
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />PARCEL 2: THE NORTHERLY THIRTY -THREE (33) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8) IN BLOCK THREE
<br />(3) OF NAGY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PARCEL 5: THE NORTHERLY 47 FEET OF SOUTHERLY 99 FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK
<br />THREE (3) IN NAGY'S ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
