<br />THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, A Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of
<br />said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One
<br />Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and
<br />reconveys to ALOYSIUS R PANOWIC7. (AKA AL R PANOWIC7.) and EVELYN D. PANOWICZ,
<br />Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201) in HALL
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty Two (22) in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except tract deeded to the State of Nebraska by Deed recorded in Book 85 at Page 10,
<br />subject to the right of way of the Grand Island aid Wyoming Central Railroad Company; and
<br />A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 114 SE 1 /4) of Section 31, Township 12 North,
<br />Range 10 West of the 6th P.M, Hall County, Nebraska, described as: Commencing at the Northeast comer of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, and proceeding in Westerly direction along and upon the North line of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 330 feet; thence proceeding South parallel to the West line of
<br />Section 31, a distance of 330 feet; thence proceeding Easterly parallel with the South line of Section 31, a distance of 330
<br />feet; thence proceeding North along aid upon the Last line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter Section 31, a
<br />distance of 330 feet to the point of beginning; and
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) and West Half of the Southeast Quarter(W 1/2SE1/4), Section "Thirty One (31), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom the rectangular tract
<br />of 73.5 acres devised under the Will of Jaynes B. Leshcr, deceased, to Rosa Starr, which 73.5 acres are more particularly
<br />described as a rectangular tract with the South line of the SE 114 and the W 1/2 o £the SE 1/4 as its South bowelary line, said
<br />tract being conveyed containing 148.5 acres, subject to highway right of way and easements for pipeline granted to Kansas
<br />Nebraska Gas Company.
<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deeds of Trust recorded in the Office
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document NO. 94- 103977, on May 13, 1994, and as Document NO
<br />0200005271, on June 28, 2000, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -1014.
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, has caused these presents to be executed by
<br />its president and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this 18th day of December, 2003.
