The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Gerald J. Murphy and
<br />Pamela S. Murphy, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, successor to Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association as the result of a merger and
<br />name change, as Beneficiary, dated as of August 21, 1990, and recorded on September 4, 1990, as
<br />Instrument No. 90- 105097, Numerical 24, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any
<br />warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in
<br />said Deed of Trust and incorporated herein by this reference. This Reconveyance is executed at the
<br />request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Legal Description of Property: Undivided one half interest in Office Unit H in the Grand Island Doctors
<br />Building Condominium Property Regime, Lot 1, Saint Francis Medical Subdivision, City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as defined in the Master Deed Creating Grand Island Doctors Building
<br />Condominium Property Regime, incorporated herein by this reference.
