<br />THAT WHEREAS all the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Gail N. Reineke to the First National Bank in Ord, as Trustee, recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No.
<br />0200002177, has been satisfied.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of said satisfaction and of the
<br />surrender of said Deed of Trust and Note secured thereby for cancellation, and in accor-
<br />dance with the request of the BENEFICIARY named therein, the undersigned TRUST-
<br />EE, does by these presents GRANT, REMISE, RELEASE AND RECONVEY to party or
<br />parties legally entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said TRUSTEE by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
<br />LOT 20, BLOCK 14, ASHTON PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all the buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging.
