<br />WHEREAS, FIRST STATE BANK of Gothenburg, Dawson County, Nebraska, as Trustee under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated, March 31, 2003, executed by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman,
<br />husband and Wife as Trustor, in which First State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall county, in instrument number
<br />0200304338, and re- recorded Deed of Trust in instrument number 0200312901 has received from the }
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, a portion of the real property described therein:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such deed of trust the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person s entitled thereto, namely
<br />Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and Wife.
<br />A portion of the estate now held by it thereunder, towit:
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW '/) of Section Four (4), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Warranty Deed in
<br />Book D, Page 433, also EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Warranty Deed in Book D,
<br />Page 434.
<br />The Trustee retains all the property described in the Deed of Trust excepting only that portion
<br />described above.
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Gothenburg,
<br />Nebraska, on December 12, 2003.
