<br />GLADYS V. SCHOEL, a Widow, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of
<br />Fourteen Hundred, Sixty Dollars & 00 /100 ($1, 460.00) and other consideration, receipt of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove
<br />public utilities, including but not limited to, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, electric utility
<br />poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, and other
<br />appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and through a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW
<br />1 /a) of Section 25- 11 -10, Hall County, Nebraska; more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 16 Kentish Hills Subdivision, said point
<br />also being the Northeast Corner of Kentish Hills Subdivision„ thence east on a
<br />prolongation of the north line of Kentish Hills for a distance of 30 feet, thence south
<br />on a line 30 feet east of and parallel to the east line of Kentish Hills subdivision,
<br />Marylane Subdivision and the Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter (SW 1 /a, SW
<br />1 /a) of Section 25 -11 -10 to a point 40 feet north of the south line of Section 25 -11-
<br />10. Thence west on the north line of Husker Highway for a distance of 30 feet;
<br />thence north on the east line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW 1 /a, SW 1 /a) of Section 25- 11 -10, Marylane Subdivision and Kentish Hills
<br />Subdivision to the point of beginning. Said tract containing 1.33 acres more or less
<br />as shown on the attached plat dated October 24, 2003, marked Exhibit "A" and
<br />incorporated herein by reference;
