WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made
<br />by and between Vernon R. Bauer, as Trustors /Borrowers; Douglas
<br />Pauley, an attorney with the law firm of Conway, Pauley &
<br />Johnson, P.C., as Trustee, and Dorothy L. Bauer, as Beneficiary,
<br />and dated December 12, 1999, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 111883, has
<br />been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested that all the property
<br />held by the Trustee under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by the
<br />Trustee under the above described Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW 1 -4) of Section Thirty -three
<br />(33), Township Twelve (12), Range Nine (9), in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom that portion
<br />conveyed to the State of Nebraska by Warranty Deed
<br />dated April 26, 1937 and recorded in the Register of
<br />Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, in Deed Book 77,
<br />at page 92; and also excepting that portion deeded to
<br />Donald W. Haggart and Evelyn C. Haggart, said deed
<br />dated September 8, 1967 and recorded in the Register of
<br />Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, in Deed Book
<br />154, at page 537.
<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation
<br />secured by said Deed of Trust, and by these presents, said Deed
<br />of Trust is hereby fully and absolutely released, canceled and
<br />forever discharged.
