<br />B & B RENTAL PROPERTIES, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, GRANTOR, in consideration
<br />of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from
<br />GRANTEE, WILLIAM P. ZILLER and JULANN K. ZILLER, husband and wife,
<br />conveys to GRANTEE, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in

<br />Block Three (3), in Nagy's Addition, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Parcel 2: The Northerly Thirty -three (33) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3),
<br />in Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that
<br />GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements, covenants, reservations and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
