Lot One Hundred Thirty -Two (132), except the North One Foot (F) thereof, in <br />West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of <br />Trust which was recorded on October 24, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 97- 108929. <br />On or about December 16, 1997, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
