The person against whose interest in the real estate the lien <br />is claimed is: Pedcor Investments - 1999 -XL, L.P., an Indiana <br />Limited Partnership <br />3. The name and address of the claimant is: <br />Drywall Supply, Inc. <br />1610 Cornhusker Highway <br />Lincoln, NE 68521 <br />4. The name and address of the person with whom the claimant <br />contracted is: <br />James Hill <br />H &H Drywall, Inc. <br />5200 South Yale <br />Suite 610 <br />Tulsa, OK 74135 <br />5. A general description of the claimant's services performed or <br />to be performed or materials furnished or to be furnished for <br />the improvement and the contract price is: Drywall was <br />delivered to the job site by claimant at the agreed upon <br />prices set forth in the invoices furnished with each delivery. <br />6.
