<br />of Leases, Rents and Income made to it by Robert M. Allen Family Limited Partnership, A
<br />Nebraska Limited Partnership, and recorded in as Instrument No. 200207820 of the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, with respect to the following described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />LOTS 12 AND 13, MEADOWLARK WEST THIRD SUBDIVISION, IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />THE ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES, RENTS AND INCOME SHALL REMAIN IN FULL
<br />FORCE AND EFRFECT EXCEPT AS TO THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY DESCRIBED
