<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:.
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tommy Lee Ummel Jr. to
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated April 15, 2002 and recorded April 16, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument #0200204124 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />QUARTER (El /2SW1 /4), IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST
<br />OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
