<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Sec. 76 -1009, Statutes of Nebraska, on the 91' day of December,
<br />2003 at 10:00 A.M., being the time and place designated in the Notice of Trustee's Sale, Arend R. Baack,
<br />Attorney for the Trustee, sold said property at public auction to Citicorp Trust Bank, fsb f/k/a Travelers
<br />Bank & Trust, FSB, being the highest bidder, for the sum of $44,000.00, which sale fully complied with
<br />the requirements of said statute.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee,
<br />and in consideration of the sum of $44,000.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Citicorp Trust
<br />Bank, fsb f /k/a Travelers Bank & Trust, FSB, the following described real estate situated in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />All that parcel of land in City of Grand Island, Hall County, State of Nebraska, as found in Deed
<br />Book 95, Page 101747, ID #400087014, being known and designated as Lot Twenty-two (22),
<br />and the West half of Lot Twenty-one (21) of Sass Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Citicorp Trust Bank, fsb f /k/a
<br />Travelers Bank & Trust, FSB, its successors and assigns forever.
<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's title
<br />and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors and their successors in interest and of all persons
