<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as

<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:

<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 26, 2002, and recorded on April 30,
<br />2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Instrument No. 0200204668 wherein Samantha A. Schrock,
<br />a single woman is named Trustor; and Washington Mutual Bank, FA is
<br />named Beneficiary; and Gary D. Byrne, a member of the Nebraska Bar
<br />Association is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed
<br />to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above
<br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of a
<br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $146,160.00
<br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof. That by
<br />Substitution of Trustee dated March 11, 2003, made by Washington
<br />Mutual Bank, FA Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of
<br />Gary D. Byrne, a member of the Nebraska Bar Association. The
<br />Substitution of Trustee was recorded on April 11, 2003, as
