<br />Instrument Number 97- 105344, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Food Systems, Inc. as Trustor,
<br />First Bank, NA as Beneficiary, and First Bank, NA as original Trustee, U.S. Bank National Association as Substituted
<br />Trustee, in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the
<br />note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND THREE (3) SETAG SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA. THE REAL PROPERTY OR ITS ADDRESS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2808 OLD FAIR RD, GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NE 68802
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
