<br />and Nikala J Norgaard as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated April 19, 2000, and recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 2000-
<br />03221 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book
