<br />dated October 10, 2003, filed as Document Number 0O 3fs g 93,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, covering the following described property:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Block Seven (7), Unit Two (2),
<br />Continental Gardens, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />and has known said Grantor for a period of twelve (12)
<br />years, that he knows of his own knowledge that on October
<br />10, 2003, Mary J. Christensen was an unmarried person.
