200315985 <br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Conditional Assignment to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, by Larry D. Keown, of a Lease dated December 1, 2003, wherein <br />Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Larry D. Keown, wwjbw, is the Lessee, such lease <br />commenced December 1, 2003, and terminates November 30, 2038, and pertains to: <br />Lot Thirteen (13) and the North Half (N1/2) of Lot Fourteen (14), having a <br />lakefront footage of One Hundred Nineteen (119') Feet, more or less, <br />situated on the West side of the West portion of Kuester Lake, and being <br />on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E 1 /2SW 1 /4) of Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th <br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtor to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional <br />security for payment of a Note in the amount of NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND and <br />NO /100 DOLLARS ($97,000.00) and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the <br />above - described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />KUESTER LAKE, INC. <br />By <br />Robert Kutz, Its President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this C day of - 2003, by Robert <br />Kutz, President of Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of the <br />corporation. <br />I,, GENERAL NOTARY-State at NeGraska <br />DUANEA BURNS Notary Public <br />My Comm.
