CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />LARRY D. KEOWN, ASSIGNOR, does hereby assign to EQUITABLE FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security <br />for payment of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $97,000.00 the <br />Lease dated December 1, 2003, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignor is <br />the Lessee, pertaining to the following- described premises: <br />Lot Thirteen (13) and the North Half (N1/2) of Lot Fourteen (14), having a <br />lakefront footage of One Hundred Nineteen (119') Feet, more or less, <br />situated on the West side of the West portion of Kuester Lake, and being <br />on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1/4) of Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th <br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $97,000.00 with <br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the <br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void <br />and of no further force nor effect. <br />DATED: �j ��� , 2003. <br />LARRY D.
