<br />4.625% per annum, computed upon the unpaid principal balance, according to a Note described as follows:

<br />interest at 4.625% per annum, computed upon the unpaid principal balance, and payable in equal
<br />monthly installments of $498.72 per month, which will apply first upon interest and the balance in

<br />footage of One Hundred Nineteen (119') Feet, more or less, situated on the West
<br />side of the West portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
