<br />cXb - 154 477 at Page of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described as follows to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), in Block Twelve (12), in Packer and Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory Note therein described and the money due or to become due thereunder, including
<br />interest thereon, subject only to the provisions of said Deed of Trust therein contained.
