WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated July 13, 1998 and executed by Jerry L. Duering & Dianna D. Duering, husband and
<br />wife and David B. Bartz, a single person, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #98- 106891
<br />in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska dated July 15, 1998, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot One Hundred Fifty Two (152), excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 169, Page 462 and all of Lot One Hundred Fifty Three (153) all in West XXX an
<br />addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska LAV11
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 10th day of December, 2003.
