WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Islands
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar \
<br />Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by REIS
<br />CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which C'
<br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability \
<br />Company, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which Deed was recorded as Instrument Number 200308861 in the
<br />Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from THE MEADOWS
<br />APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request
<br />to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5), Country Meadows Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the corporation legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
