<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Todd C Enck and Kelly A Enck, Husband and Wife and Gregory D.
<br />Roberts and Dixie A. Roberts, husband and wife as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the 28th day of March, 2003 and recorded on the 29th day of April, 2003, at the
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Inst No 0200305247 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
