<br />THAT WEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Kenneth L Price and Dina
<br />A Price, husband and wife, to United Nebraska Bank, Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated December 3, 2001 and recorded December 4, 2001 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 0200112465 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described property:
<br />The Northerly Fifty (50) feet of Lot Four (4) and the Southerly Twenty -five (25) feet of Lot Five (5) Imperial
<br />Village Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
