<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated June 29, 2001 and executed by Aileen D. Gruendel, a married person and G. David
<br />Gruendel, her spouse, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as x
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200106576 in the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska dated July 5, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW' /4SW' /4) of Section
<br />Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6'" P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Two (2),
<br />Brach's First Subdivision; thence Northerly along and upon the West line of said Lot Two (2), if
<br />extended a distance of Forty Five (45.0) Feet, thence Northeasterly a distance of One Hundred Twenty
<br />Two and Twenty Hundredths (122.20) Feet, to the intersection with the East line of said Lot Two (2), if
<br />extended, a distance of Thirteen (13.0) Feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot Two (2), thence
<br />Southwesterly along and upon the Northerly line of said Lot Two (2) to the place of beginning; also, Lot
<br />Two (2) of Brach's First Subdivision of a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(N W' /4S W' /4) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (1 1) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6 "'
<br />P.M., Flail County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this l Oth day of December, 2003.
