n r <br />nn <br />= D <br />r <br />m cn <br />d <br />c� cn <br />C D <br />l' <br />G <br />n; <br />rn <br />1 _, <br />::D <br />:I <br />",-'I <br />rn <br />:3 <br />r <br />ca <br />� <br />W <br />Cl) <br />r� <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />O ,.t. <br />N � <br />O Q. <br />o D <br />W <br />Qr <br />cn <br />cn � <br />N CD <br />z <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this S�day DECEMBER, 2003, by <br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />RORY DJERNES AND LORI DJERNES, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />THE SOUTH ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY -THREE AND FOUR TENTHS FEET (183.4') OF THE <br />NORTH THREE HUNDRED SIXTY -SIX AND EIGHT TENTHS (366.8') FEET OF LOT NINE (9) <br />IN GEER SUBDIVISION IN GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated JULY 14, 1999, and filed for record on JULY 20, 1999 <br />in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 099107307; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT dated <br />November 16, 2001 and recorded November 26, 2001 as Doc # 0200112011; <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of NOVEMBER 1, 2011. <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO December 1, 2015 <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first <br />noted above. <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND <br />By: "Lender" <br />L-1 <br />
