<br />UNILATERAL SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />Whereas, Lee W Schuppan and Misty D Schuppan, husband and wife, by their deed of trust dated November 23, 1998 and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 112233 did convey unto
<br />City National Bank and Trust Company, as Beneficiary, certain premises in Hall County, Nebraska, described as: �J\
<br />LOT ONE (1), SCHUPPAN FARMS SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA *re- recorded
<br />as instrument No.a /
<br />to secure their note for $5,000.00 with interest payable as therein provided; and
<br />Whereas, the said Lee W Schuppan and Misty D Schuppan, husband and wife by they deed of trust dated August 1, 2003,
<br />and recorded in said Register of Deeds office on August 7, 2003, as Instrument Number 200310331, did convey unto Central
<br />National Bank, as trustee, the said premises to secure payment of their note in an aggregate sum not to exceed Eighty -four
<br />Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($84,000.00) with interest, payable as therein provided; and
<br />Whereas, the notes secured by the trust deed first described are held by Heritage Bank formerly known as City National
<br />Bank and Trust Company as sole owner and not as agent for collection, pledge or in trust for any person, firm or corporation;
<br />and
<br />Whereas, said Vner wishes to subordinate the lien of the trust deed first gescribed to the lien of the trust deed, in Book as
<br />Instrument Number 200310331, secondly described; y re - reec're -' GftZx O003 - /59/S,
<br />Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to Heritage Bank formerly known as City
<br />National Bank and Trust Company in hand paid, the said Heritage Bank formerly known as City National Bank and Trust
<br />Company, as Beneficiary does hereby covenant and agree with the said Central National Bank as trustee, for the use and
<br />benefit of the legal holder of the notes secured by said trust deed secondly herein described that the lien of the notes owned by
<br />said Heritage Bank formerly known as City National Bank and Trust Company and of the trust deed securing the same shall be
<br />and remain at all times a second lien upon the premises thereby conveyed subject to the lien of the trust deed to said Central
<br />National Bank as aforesaid for all advances made or to be made on the notes secured by said last named trust deed and for all
<br />other purposes specified therein, and said Heritage Bank formerly known as City National Bank and Trust Company, as
<br />Beneficiary does hereby acknowledge that the recording information on the trust deed secondly described will be inserted after
<br />the execution of this document and that action is ratified.
