<br />The undersigned is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated November 16, 1992 and executed by Larry E.
<br />Studley and Christine M. Studley as Trustors. LeRoy Studley and Lila Studley are named in the Deed of Trust as
<br />beneficiary. The Deed of Trust is recorded as instrument # 92- 110181 of the Mortgage records in the office of the
<br />County Clerk/Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned Trustee has received written request
<br />to reconvey from the Beneficiary.
<br />Therefore, in accordance with the request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the Trustors, all of the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
