<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Edwards Building Corp., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 13, 2000 and November 20, 2002 and recorded November 21, 2000 and
<br />November 21, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instruments # 0200010178 and
<br />0200212918 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />The Easterly Thirty -Seven (37) Feet of Lot Three (3), Block One Hundred Eight (108), in Railroad Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
