<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />MARK L LUEBKE AND DEBORAH S LUEBKE HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend
<br />R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 6/3/98 7/26/02
<br />11/20/02 and recorded 6/24/98 8/5/02 12/2/02 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 98- 106088 200208100 200213261 has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT TEN (10) HUSMAN'S SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
