<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />You are hereby notified that Loretta A. Daniel and Victor J. Powers, each unmarried persons, as
<br />Trustors, did on October 1, 1998, make, execute and deliver unto Five Points Bank, trustee a Deed of Trust
<br />wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real estate, the "trust property:
<br />Lots 22, 23 and 24, in Block 4, Blain Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described in survivorship
<br />warranty deed recorded as Document No. 97- 100657 and excepting a certain tract more
<br />particularly described in survivorship warranty deed recorded as Document No. 98- 101836
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Five Points Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of
<br />Trust, which was recorded on October 2, 1998, as Instrument No. 98- 109662 in the records of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Thomas A. Emerton, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to an Appointment
<br />of Successor Trustee filed for records with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due, or have failed to pay taxes due on the Trust property.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
