<br />Box 639, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by: Loretta A. Daniel and Victor J. Powers, each unmarried persons, as Trustors on
<br />October 1, 1998, in which Five Points Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Five Points Bank is named
<br />Trustee, and filed for record on October 2, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 109662 in the records of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described a follows:
<br />Lots 22, 23 and 24, in Block 4, Blain Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described
<br />in survivorship warranty deed recorded as Document No. 97- 100657 and
<br />excepting a certain tract more particularly described in survivorship warranty deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 98- 101836.
