<br />of Section Thirty -three (33) lying North of State Highway
<br />No. 2 excepting therefrom the Railroad right -of -way, all
<br />of the above being in Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />all of Sections One (1) and Twelve (12), Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
