Clark and Bonnie Clark, husband <br />and wife, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the <br />following described real property: <br />Lot Eight (8), Block Sixteen (16), Baker's Addition, and <br />its complement, to -wit: Fractional Lot Eight (8) in <br />Fractional Block One (1) in Woodbine Addition, both <br />additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />as security for repayment of a loan which Trustor obtained from <br />Robert V. Clark and Bonnie Clark, husband and wife, Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust, which was recorded on.December 12, 2002, in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No. 0200213841. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of <br />an obligation of the Trustor for which the trust property was <br />conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay <br />the Beneficiary payments that were contractually due. <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to <br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest <br />thereon, at once due and payable and the Trustee has elected to <br />sell or cause to be sold the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust to satisfy said obligation. <br />DATED De c.tn. � *r- J � Zb O -1 . <br />RONALb 8.
