<br />mortgage dated August 15, 1991, made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation, by
<br />Nebraska Mil -Nic, Inc. d /b /a Midtown Holiday Inn as Mortgagor, on the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Mil -Nic Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />which was recorded on August 22, 1991 as Document #91- 105512 at the Register of Deeds
<br />office of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Real Estate Mortgage dated August 15,
<br />1991 and recorded on August 22, 1991, as Document #91- 105512 at the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds office of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as
<br />to all real estate not herein released.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation
<br />has caused these presents to be executed by its Senior Vice President and its Corporate Seal
