<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Marc L. Sundermeier and \
<br />Marnie Schager Sundermeier, husband and wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 20, 2001 and recorded November 27,
<br />2001 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 200112150 in the Trust Deed Records of
<br />said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />The Northerly One Hundred Ten (11O) Feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Three (3), in Dickey Second Subdivision to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
