<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Kirby L. Myers and Denise
<br />D. Myers, husband and wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 5, 2001 and recorded October 5, 2001 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 200110090 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />the West line of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy and Seventy One
<br />Hundredths (1,470.71) feet; thence deflecting right 90 106'50" and running easterly, a distance of Three Hundred Twenty
<br />Two and Eighty Seven Hundredths (322.87) feet; thence deflecting right 89 145'56" and running southerly, a distance of
<br />Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Six and Twenty One Hundredths (2,676.21) feet; thence deflecting right 90 014'00" and
