<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under Trust Deed filed,for record on June 6,
<br />2001, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />0200105395, executed by Nickie J. Kallos and Rosie K. Kallos, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association, FSB, is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the
<br />Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such
<br />breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are
<br />hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust
<br />Deeds are accelerated as of December 4, 2003; be notified that because of such default
<br />the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the
<br />obligation under the Trust Deeds; the trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Parcel 1: A tract of land comprising a part of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), in Block
<br />Twenty -Three (23), in Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Plum
<br />Street, said point being on the southerly line of said Lot Eight (8), and Twenty -Seven
<br />(27.0) feet westerly from the southeast comer of Lot Eight (8); thence westerly along the
<br />southerly line of said Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), a distance of Fifty Nine (59.0) feet;
<br />thence northerly along a line Twenty (20.0) feet west of and parallel to the easterly line of
<br />said Lot Seven (7), a distance of Sixty -Eight and Fifty -Two Hundredths (68.52) feet;
<br />thence easterly parallel to the southerly line of Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), a distance of
<br />Thirty -Seven and Ninety -Five Hundredths (37.95) feet, to the line of Plum Street; thence
<br />southeasterly along said westerly line of Plum Street, a distance of Thirty -Seven and
<br />One -Tenth (37.1) feet, to a point of curvature; thence southeasterly along said westerly
<br />line of Plum Street, along the arc of a curve whose radius is Twenty -five (25.0) feet, a
<br />distance of Thirteen and Fifty -Six Hundredths (13.56) feet, to a point Twenty -seven (27.0)
<br />.feet west of the easterly line of said Lot Eight (8); thence southerly parallel to the
<br />easterly line of said Lot Eight (8), a distance of Twenty -four and Six - Tenths (24.6) feet to
<br />the place of beginning and that part of vacated alley as shown in Ordinance No. 8459,
<br />filed March 26, 1999 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 99- 103127.
<br />Parcel 2: The North 66 feet of Lot Five (5) and all of Lot Six (6), in Block Nineteen (19), in
<br />the Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The West 2/3 of Lot Seven (7), Block Twenty -three (23), Nagy Addition in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
