TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />DALE F BECKMAN AND KARLEEN K BECKMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of ROME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />NOVEMBER 20, 1990 and recorded NOVEMBER 20, 1990 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as DOCUMENT #90- 106641,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT TWO (2) AND THE EASTERLY ONE HALF OF LOT THREE (3), ALL IN BLOCK THREE
<br />(3) WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
