That Clinton W. [`Bud "] John appears to be the owner of record of the following - <br />described real estate, to -wit. <br />Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Westroads Estates, in Center Township, <br />in the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />2. That the said Clinton W. [ "Bud "] John is now deceased. <br />3. That Clinton [ "Rick "] John is the son of the Decedent and he therefore appears to have <br />an interest in the above - described real estate by virtue of inheritance or succession or otherwise, <br />and the said Clinton [ "Rick "] John is believed to be and /or purports to be the Personal <br />Representative of the Estate of Clinton W. [ "Bud "] John, Deceased. <br />4. That on the 1" day of December, 2003 a "Mechanic's Lien" [Construction Lien] was <br />filed against the above - described real estate by C & C Millwork, Inc. of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />said Lien being filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and recorded and <br />indexed against the above - described real estate. <br />5. That on the 1" day of December, 2003 ARlant mailed (a) a Notice of the filing of such <br />Lien and (b) a true and correct copy of the above- mentioned "Mechanic's Lien" [Construction <br />Lien] to the following -named persons or parties, to -wit: <br />Mr. Clinton [ "Rick "] John <br />2017 South 166" Circle <br />Omaha, NE 68130 <br />6. That such Notice was sent by ordinary 1" Class U. S.
