RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES AND RENTS
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of payment in full of the debt named therein, the undersigned TierOne Bank,
<br />formerly known as FIRST FEDERAL LINCOLN BANK, a United States Corporation, hereby releases
<br />the Assignment of Leases and Rents dated July 29, 1999, made by and between JOHN S. CUMMINS
<br />and DEANN R. CUMMINS, husband and wife ( "Borrower ") and FIRST FEDERAL LINCOLN
<br />BANK ( "Lender ") on the following described property:
<br />Lot Seven (7), Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which was recorded August 2, 1999, as Instrument No. 0099107759, of Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said TierOne Bank has caused these presents to be executed by its
