<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated MARCH 04,
<br />2002, executed by KATHY J HUSING A SINGLE PERSON, as Trustor, for the benefit of
<br />CENTRIS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, which Deed of Trust was recorded MARCH 11, 2002 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200202661, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, CUNA MUTUAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, has requested a
<br />reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
