The Assignment was <br />recorded October 13, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 0200008510. <br />On or about February 22, 2001, Fleet National Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title <br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Fleet Mortgage Corp. The Assignment was recorded <br />March 22, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. <br />0200203094. <br />On or about April 2, 2001, Fleet Mortgage Corp., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The <br />Assignment was recopied October 15, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200110406. <br />On or about July 30, 2002, Fleet National Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was <br />recorded August 13, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 0200208524 <br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a <br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Camille R.
